Q: What happens if the student is unable to attend the scheduled lesson?

A: We will endeavour to accommodate to the needs of students and clients but please ensure that tutors are notified as early as possible regarding changes to attendance.


Q: Is there an enrolment or registration fee?

A: No, we do not charge any additional fees.


Q: What does a consultation involve?

A: A consultation is an opportunity for our tutors and the student and client to get to know each other, so we can build a uniquely tailored program that specifically addresses the needs of each individual student.


Q: When can I expect a response after I make an inquiry?

A: We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, but please understand that during busy periods of the academic year, we may take longer to respond. We apologise for any such inconveniences.


Parent/guardian queries

Q: Can I meet a tutor before committing to enrol my child(s)?

A: Yes, we require the student and client to attend an obligation free consultation with our tutors. Contact us to arrange a consultation with one of our managing partners.


Q: Would you recommend individual or group lessons for my child(s)?

A: This heavily depends on the specific needs of your child and will be discussed during our consultation.


Q: Can tutors provide assistance with schoolwork?

A: Yes, our tutors can provide assistance with schoolwork as our students’ academic achievements is our high priority.


Q: How do I raise concerns and provide feedback about lessons?

A: You can personally discuss this with the tutor or arrange a meeting with one of our managing partners to mediate.


Q: How often will I receive updates on my child(s)?

A: We will endeavour to provide monthly updates for you about your child.

Q: Will the tutor set homework?

A: This depends on an array of factors, such as your current study load and the program you are undertaking with us.


Q: What happens if I am late?

A: We will do our best to accommodate, however in the event that our lesson schedule is tight, we will be unable to make up for lost time.


Q: Will you review my draft for schoolwork?

A: Yes, of course!


Invoicing and payments queries

Q: What payment options are available?

A: We prefer bank transfer/deposit, but we are also happy to accept cash.


Q: Will you invoice for your services?

A: Yes, we will be invoicing weekly unless you have prepaid for a package of lessons. Contact us to find out more about our various discount incentives.


Q: When are invoices due?

A: Invoices are due 7 days from the date of issue, unless prior arrangements have been made.


Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: We will endeavour to accommodate to our students’ and clients’ needs; however, we do not offer refunds. We are more than happy to arrange a mediation consultation in an effort to rectify the issues.
